These are the a few photo's of our Pescatarian Thanksgiving cooking process. Ended up way to delicious and a big shout out to Williams-Sonoma!
Our menu included:
Soy Pecan Pumpkin Pie (egg white beaters substituted eggs)
Salmon Pumpkin Curry with Asparagus, Mushrooms and Onions
Mashed Potato with Phillips seasoning
All paired with a glass of Moscato
