"I'm Mike Chadway and we're back with The Ugly Truth.
Now listen up ladies, if you want a relationship here's how you get one.
It's called a stair master, get on it.
No one falls in love with your
personality at first
sight."

For those who obsess over relationships or
those who just need a little gymspiration today
here you go plain and simple and guess what?
It really is the ugly truth. A little cardio
never hurt anyone.

TwentyEleven

In the blink of an eye it's now a new year. I'm not here to state making resolutions or any of the other typical stuff but to simply say enjoy it. Whatever you decide to do, wherever and whoever with, just enjoy yourself. Time is constantly flying so live every moment, be bold... stand out!

On to something a little more cute. Below I included two of my favorite New Years scenes from A lot Like Love and Sex and The City. They were just too precious not to share. Wether it be friendship or love, be happy with all you do!

Also, if you haven't watched either of these movies (shame on you!), sit down with a glass of champagne or some hot chocolate with marshmallows and catch up tonight!

Have an amazing and bold 2011!!
