Thankful
We had an amazing thanksgiving. With a lot of food, wine, and friends. As you guys know Tatum and I don't eat meat, so our alternative for the past couple of years is to make a Seafood Pumpkin Thai Style Curry. We also added Garlic mashed potatoes, A vegetable stuffing, and of course my famous Vegan Pumpkin Pie. All of our friends made food from all of their cultures which included, Philipino, Italian, Russian, and Southern home cooking. I haven't eaten since. Enjoy!
